FLOATING DOCK: From $3,000-$3,600/ year

FIXED DOCK: From $2,700-$3,000/ year

Annual rate includes: Dockside Water, Pool, WIFI, Restrooms, Pumpout, & Captain’s Lounge access. Electricity is metered & charged separately.

TRANSIENT VISITORS

Brand new floating docks installed Spring 2022 just for transients!  Can accommodate 25 boats for your group and can even handle one 170′ boat!

NIGHTLY RATE: $2.95 ft./per night ($100 nightly minimum)

Transient rate includes: 30 amp or 50 amp electric service (100 amp service is available for $25/night), Dockside Water, Pool, WIFI, Restrooms, Captain’s Lounge access, Bicycles, and use of loaner van (upon availability –time is limited to allow more than one guest to have access).
